These terms cover your use of upstreamstudio.co.uk, which is run by UpStream Business Solutions FZE, registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Prices and scope

Prices on this site are starting prices in pounds sterling for the scope described on each page. They exclude any taxes that apply and all third-party costs, such as hosting, domains, platform subscriptions, apps, payment-gateway and transaction fees, and ad spend. Every project is confirmed in a written proposal before work starts, and that proposal sets out the final scope, price and timeline.

Minimum terms

SEO and SEO + AI search plans have a 3-month minimum, then continue month to month until either side gives notice as set out in the proposal. Websites, online stores and the AI visibility diagnostic are one-off projects.

Results

We do not guarantee rankings, positions, traffic, leads, sales or inclusion in AI-generated answers. We commit to delivering the work described in your proposal and reporting on it honestly.

Ownership

Your domain, website, content and accounts (such as Search Console, Analytics and your Google Business Profile) are set up in your name. Once a project is paid for, you own the work we create for it, except third-party themes, plugins, fonts and images, which remain under their own licences.
